This newly released cross of 3 different species, including Northern Highbush and Rabbiteye, adds a unique beauty and flavor to the home garden. Leaves emerge from winter dormancy later than other varieties in spring and the abundant white flowers become sweet, medium-size berries that are a stunning orange color before they turn dusky gunmetal black and ripen in late season, extending your harvest.

Nocturne is very cold hardy, and thrives in much of the nation – its late blooming habit protects its yield from erratic spring weather and is a boon for those growers planning for climate chaos. Healthy, vigorous, moderately spreading and suckering plants grow to 5 foot tall, and product up to 12 pounds of fruit per plant.
