Fragaria ananassa ‘San Andreas’
A very productive, day neutral, everbearing strawberry with large, delicious fruit produced continuously throughout the season. San Andreas may stay evergreen in warm winter areas. It is similar to the variety Albion, but is slightly lighter in color than Albion and makes few runners.Â
It is resistant to Red Stele, Verticillium, Leaf Spot and Leaf Scorch. Especially well suited to warm summer growers, who may choose to plant in afternoon shade locations. Shipped as 25 bareroot crowns.
