Shipping Information

Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order with attention to plant health and safe packaging:

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping methods:
    • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note for International Customers: We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Please check with your local customs office about agricultural import regulations before ordering live plants.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll help make it grow on you:

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery when:

  • Plants arrive in poor condition (contact us within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Unopened gardening supplies are in original packaging
  • Books are unused and in resellable condition

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Bee Supplies (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bird Control products (once opened)
  • Digital downloads (if applicable)
  • Any plant that has been removed from its original container or planted

Important: Due to agricultural regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of live plants that have been planted or removed from their original containers. Please inspect all plants upon arrival!

The Returns Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the item(s)
    • Reason for return
  2. Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions
  3. Ship Back: Pack items securely (original packaging preferred)
  4. Inspection: Our nursery team will inspect within 3 business days of receipt
  5. Resolution: You’ll receive email notification once processed

Return Shipping

  • Our mistake: Free return shipping (we’ll email a prepaid label)
  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Credit card/PayPal: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days (appears on your statement in 5-10 business days)
  • Original payment method: Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Exchanges: Replacement item ships once return is approved
