Prunus persica ‘Sweet Bagel’

A flat, “donut” peach with yellow flesh! Sweet Bagel only requires 300-400 chill hours, so it’s a great peach for our Southern friends. Late-midseason bloom helps avoid any unstable spring blossom damage. A reliable, heavy producer regularly sets crops of medium-large fruit that ripens late in the season. An especially good selection for folks with long, hot summers.

The skin boasts a clear yellow covered with light apricot, and the deep yellow flesh darkens to maroon where it meets the pit. This unusually large-fruited variety is sweet, rich and satisfying!
